Bagel shops boil and bake on site and sell out of favorite flavors by late morning; donut shops open before dawn and are often family-run; patisseries and cake studios take custom orders for weddings and birthdays and usually need one to two weeks' notice. Ice cream parlors, gelato shops and frozen yogurt bars are seasonal in the northern states and year-round in the South and on the West Coast. Prices are posted per item, by the dozen or by the pound, and most shops now take cards and mobile payment.

Great atmosphere, great service, and most of all great ice cream! We had the cookie dough skyscraper and the brownie skyscraper and they were ridiculous!!

Very cute spot! They have kid sizes and even a kid table and small chairs. Excellent family spot. And the owner even gave me a onesie for my baby πŸ₯° we will definitely be back with friends.

Best ice cream in the area with an amazing and unique selection of flavors. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, even when they’re busy handling many customers. Great service and great ice cream!! highly recommend!!!

So we stopped at Wolfie’s Ice Cream and, unfortunately, it was a really disappointing experience. We were ordering several ice creams and shakes, and the owner was rude and spoke condescendingly not just once, but repeatedlyβ€”to three different kids in our group and to others while we were ordering. I understand everyone has bad days, but customers, especially kids, shouldn’t be on the receiving end of that frustration. I’ve had plenty of bad days myself, both at work and in life, and I still make an effort to treat people with kindness and respect. At the end of our order, our hands were full and we were simply setting our items down so we could pay. Before we even had the chance which was a millisecond , he loudly said, β€œYou have to pay for that.” Seriously? That’s exactly what we were trying to do. If you own a place that’s supposed to be fun and welcoming, especially one that caters to families and children, people should leave feeling happyβ€”not feeling like they’ve been treated poorly. I said what I needed to say to him. His response was that he’d had a bad day. I understand that, but having a bad day doesn’t excuse treating customers disrespectfully. I told him exactly ho

I’ve never been to an ice cream shop that WEIGHS THE SOFT SERVE ON A SCALE. Sorry, what?? There are other better, much friendlier, more affordable, generous year round ice cream shops in town. Edit: Owner is a curmudgeon who is rude to guests, never wears a smile and seemingly dislikes his job. I went in when it looked like he wasn’t there because I was hoping to give it a second chance and also have a pleasant experience. Nope. He came out and was just a real grump. Look, it’s probably time to sell the business/ pass the baton and retire if you hate your customers that much. We didn’t even do anything remotely offensive, but he just has bad energy. It’s not one bad day like one reviewer noted- we’ve noted his sour behavior before and have heard from other people who have gone there as well.
